Ingredients
- 200 gChicken breast
- 50 gMae Ploy - Green Curry Paste
- 360 mlCoconut Milk
- 1 1/2 tspSugar
- 100 gVegetables(Chillies, baby corn, green beans, aubergine)
Directions
- Stir-fry the Green Curry Paste in soybean oil
- Add two-thirds of the coconut milk
- Add meat and continue cooking.
- Add remaining coconut milk, and a half cup of water and heat till boiling.
- Add vegetables and cook till the vegetables soften.
- Add sugar. Taste and season as required.
- Serve with vermicelli or cooked rice.
