  • 200 gChicken breast
  • 50 gMae Ploy - Green Curry Paste
  • 360 mlCoconut Milk
  • 1 1/2 tspSugar
  • 100 gVegetables(Chillies, baby corn, green beans, aubergine)


  1. Stir-fry the Green Curry Paste in soybean oil
  2. Add two-thirds of the coconut milk
  3. Add meat and continue cooking.
  4. Add remaining coconut milk, and a half cup of water and heat till boiling.
  5. Add vegetables and cook till the vegetables soften.
  6. Add sugar. Taste and season as required.
  7. Serve with vermicelli or cooked rice.
